TASHA - TEDDY - HALF "NORDIC" LITTER - DOB- 5-3-07 - "PURPLE" FEMALE

Dear Chris:
Thought you'd like an update on how little Miss Tele is doing in her new home.
Our very first impression of her is "amazing". Her temperament is incredibly mild and loving, and her intelligence is absolutely mind-boggling!
For example: She has been in our home only two full days (today is Saturday). This morning, she went to the door, looked up at her leash, looked at the door again, looked up at her leash, then looked at me. I "got it" immediately and took her out for a "potty walk", and she went!
The crate training is going really really well, and I think that is why the quick leash/door association for her. We have had one actual 'accident' so far, and I turned it into something positive. I sopped up the piddle with paper towels, and took it outside to the outdoor kennel and left it there. After I was done mopping up with Lysol, I took her out to where the magic pee papers were, and she sniffed around and went. Not only piddled but did a fairly decent pile of business, too!
She listens very well, doesn't wander off, and has been introduced to the next-door neighbors, and my daughter and grandson. She acted like she'd always known them, greeted them calmly and quietly. Everyone is amazed at her low-key, laid-back style.
My first impression of Emanuel Homestead was "wow, look at how well those dogs are behaving". Ken & I are really just amazed at how well all of them, and our little one, are so relaxed and happy. If all of your dogs could have spoken, they would've been saying, "Hey.....come and join us!"
I sent the paperwork to the AKC the day after we brought her home, and her name is 'officially':
Telecaster Tasha Whitman
We said 'thank you' to Teddy & Tasha on our way out of your place Wed. evening, and now Tele has the middle name as a tribute.
She is eating wonderfully well, and loves running around on our lawn. We took her into the woods this morning to visit Meeki in his resting place.
Her favorite toy so far (she has two sets, one set of 'supervised' toys and one set of 'safe stuff') are a set of Nylabone keys that look like your typical baby keys. She is so funny with them.....she'll pick them up in her mouth and cart them off to chew on. She also likes this stupid-looking Loofah thing that we call 'Boo-Boo' because it's the same one in the Petco commercial.
When I get the pictures into the computer, I will send you some of her first day home.
We'll keep you posted & let you know how she is doing, and please feel free to inquire about her any time you would like.
This little dog is truly a gift to us!
Thanks again.....Sally & Ken & Tele Whitman

"MILEY ANNE"-DOB: 8/23/07 - ISABELLA/COOPER LITTER - 'RED YARN COLLARED FEMALE'

Hi Chris,
We just wanted to thank you for our sweet and adorable puppy! As you know, we were not completely ready to take a puppy home on Saturday, but all five of us fell in love with her. Now that she is here, we realize that we were really missing having a puppy in our lives. Miley is calm, obedient and great with the kids. We have found her to be incredibly easy to train.
Best Wishes, Libby and Peter Ridgley

hello chris, liza (from teddy and tara's 12/1/06 litter) is 13 months old now, 65 lbs and we are head over heels in love with her. she is mellow, affectionate and easy going. we can take her anywhere, she spent new years eve in boston traveling on the 't' and all over the city, everyone is her new best friend. she greets all new people by sitting on their foot, leaning on their leg and putting her head up to be petted, she is hard to resist. the compliments we get on her are neverending in fact we have never been so popular walking by ourselves as we are walking with her. she is great with our 10 year old and they have become best buddies. liza is still working on some training. her mischief is mild and easily corrected. for commands, she will give high fives, down, stay, wait, heel, roll over, crawl, speak, and lets go she does well, we are still working on getting her to come every time we call. she is great on and off leash when we go hiking and her photos won the first prize ribbon at the sterling fair.....i guess this is just my long winded way of saying she is perfect. we see that tara and teddy have had another batch of the worlds best dog, anyone would be lucky to have one, im wondering if we might be lucky enough to have 2. Will this be Tara's last litter? we are considering another dog, we just weren't really considering it just yet.... but you never know with this bunch hope you enjoy the pictures. we enjoy her! thanks so much, donna milliard~
